Join us for Indoor Cycling and exercise your way to a healthy body and mind. Indoor Cycling techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced. YOGA

Join is on the mat for a fusion of yoga styles that will leave you centered and relaxed. This class is a blend of power vinyasa and gentle flow yoga.  This class is a perfect end to your day challenging you with a combination of strength, and breath work.  The gentle side of the practice focuses on moving slowly into basic yoga poses while using the breath as a tool to remain present and mindful. Expect lots of stretching and lengthening with a heavy dose of relaxation to wrap up your practice and leave you feeling great.

Stretch class is for anyone who would like to decrease muscle tension, develop core strength and increase their flexibility and range of motion. You will safely stretch your legs, hips, shoulders, and back while building the muscle and balance needed to build your flexibility.

GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Group Personal Training sessions are intentionally small. These classes are led by a certified personal trainer and classes focus on a specialized formats such as strength training, endurance or core. Clients will use weights, resistance bands, body weight and more. Equipment is not required to obtain the result of a good workout.  Group Personal Training not only encourages individual progression and skill development, but also enables the trainer to ensure clients are using proper form. Workouts are always changing and evolving to prevent boredom as well. Clients have support not only from their trainer but from the other participants in the class and research shows that clients involved in small group training sessions are more likely to stick with it.

Box & Tone

Box & Tone is a format that you may encounter in a Group Training class with Gigi.  It will consist of boxing drills, jumping jacks, ab work, squats and more. This style class could be part of a Group Personal Training.  This style of exercise will burn over 500 calories and tone you entire body.  Beginning with time spent warming up and increasing the heart rate, the class uses a variety of boxing style moves that will leave you feeling like you just left the ring.   Like all classes at Fit Forever, the class ends with an appropriate cool down and stretching.
