After years of dealing with back issues and in and out of physical therapy, I quickly realized how important consistent exercise was to my overall mobility, stability and strength. As a mother of two sons, I knew finding time for my own health was important and the best example I could set for my family. Exercise and proper nutrition has always been a huge part of not only my life but my family’s life. I knew the physical benefits of exercise but I learned that exercise also helped me maintain my mental fitness especially in very trying times. I decided it was time to take my background and what I have always loved to do, teaching and do it in a different way. I want to guide people no matter where they are in their fitness journey, to a healthier life. As a personal trainer, I am passionate about correct form and proper technique. Fitness needs to be lifelong, not a short term fix. Fit Forever is about creating a safe, judgement free environment that not only motivates clients but empowers them to challenge themselves.
